A very experienced accountant, CIMA qualified and MBA graduate. Graeme has previously worked in the private sector for large organisations such as Rolls-Royce, both as an Accountant and Business Improvement Manager and has also successfully carried out a variety of roles for smaller enterprises.
Graeme has been running his own practice for over 10 years, concentrating on providing taxation and accountancy advice for small businesses, especially the single owner/director/worker limited company arrangement.
Graeme has specialised in the consultancy and contracting niche market since 2001 and has specific knowledge in specialist subject areas such as IR35 and Section 660a.
His ability to explain complicated tax legislation in simple terms to prospective clients and existing clients has won him many plaudits.

Diptesh has specialised in the Contractor and Freelance industry since moving into practice in 1997.

As well as advising Contracting and Consulting Professionals over the years Diptesh’s portfolio of clients have also included Recruitment Agencies and Umbrella Companies which has given him an in depth knowledge of the overall Contracting Market Place.
During his many years in practice Diptesh has seen some significant changes in the Contracting Industry including the introduction of IR35 (2000) and the MSC legislation (2007) and is very well placed to advise clients on these complex subjects.
Diptesh’s strengths lie in understanding the industries his clients operate in and building trusting business relationships with each and every client.

Claire is CIMA qualified and has been working in practice since 2003, specialising in the contractor market. She has managed a portfolio of clients, making her experienced in producing everything from payroll to company accounts, progressing to regional director at her last firm.

Claire is fully proficient in contractor legislation, having passed an IR35 accreditation course. Claire enjoys building relationships with clients, making them feel comfortable and confident with their tax position whilst maximising their take home pay.
